  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 Large Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 – 1 Green Chilli, sliced
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Heaped Tablespoon Fresh Coriander, finely chopped
  • Aromat (or your preferred seasoning)
  • Pepper, to taste

METHOD

  1. Begin by beating the eggs in a bowl and set them aside.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the sliced onions and green chillies. Cook them until the onions become translucent and the flavors start to meld together.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and gently pour the beaten eggs into the pan with the onions and chillies. Slowly stir the eggs to allow them to cook evenly.
  4. Season the eggs with a dash of aromat, your desired amount of pepper, and the aromatic garam masala, infusing the dish with tantalizing spices.
  5. Add the freshly chopped coriander to the pan, and carefully fold the egg ripples toward the center, ensuring the flavors are well-distributed.
  6. Continue cooking the eggs to your preferred level of doneness, whether you like them soft and creamy or slightly firmer.
