Nando’s Creamy Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Chicken Breasts (Cut in half)
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 62g Nando’s Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 Lemon, Squeezed
  • 125ml Cream

METHOD

  1. Begin by marinating the chicken with salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic, and Nando’s sauce. Let it marinate for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to penetrate the chicken.
  2. Heat a pan and fry the chicken until it turns a golden brown color. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the leftover marinade and cook it over low heat for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the fresh parsley and cream into the pan, allowing the mixture to simmer gently.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan and coat it thoroughly with the creamy sauce.
  6. Garnish the dish with parsley and it’s ready to be served.

Note: Feel free to experiment with various Nando’s sauces to add your desired level of heat. For a milder version, you can also use the entire tub of fresh cream.
