Ingredients
- 4 Chickens Breasts Cut in half
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Chilli Flakes
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 62 g Nandos Hot Sauce
- 1/2 Lemon Squeezed
- 125 Ml Cream
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic and Nandos’s sauce for a couple hours.
- Fry the chicken until golden.
- Removed once cooked and add the left over marinate. Cook for 3-5 mins on low heat.
- Add in the fresh parsley & cream and allow to simmer.
- Add back the chicken and coat the chicken with cream sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- You can use any Nandos’s Sauce.
- You can also add the entire tub of fresh cream should if you want it to be milder.
