INGREDIENTS
- 500g Chicken Mince
- 1 small Onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Masala
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Coriander
- 2 teaspoons Breadcrumbs
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken mince, diced onion, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garam masala, ginger paste, crushed garlic, masala, fresh basil, fresh coriander, and breadcrumbs.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Use an ice cream scoop or your hands to shape the minced chicken mixture into meatballs.
- In a frying pan, heat some oil over low to medium heat. Place the meatballs in the pan and fry for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until they turn golden brown. To ensure even cooking, you can cover the pan with a lid.
- Once the meatballs are cooked through and nicely browned, they are ready to be served.
