INGREDIENTS

  • 500g Chicken Mince
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Coriander
  • 2 teaspoons Breadcrumbs

METHOD

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken mince, diced onion, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garam masala, ginger paste, crushed garlic, masala, fresh basil, fresh coriander, and breadcrumbs.
  2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Use an ice cream scoop or your hands to shape the minced chicken mixture into meatballs.
  4. In a frying pan, heat some oil over low to medium heat. Place the meatballs in the pan and fry for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until they turn golden brown. To ensure even cooking, you can cover the pan with a lid.
  5. Once the meatballs are cooked through and nicely browned, they are ready to be served.
