INGREDIENTS

– 9-10 Lamb Chops

– 1 Sprig of Thyme

– 1 Sprig of Mint

– 1 Sprig of Rosemary

– 5 Cloves of Garlic

– 4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

– 1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper

– 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt

– 1/2 Teaspoon of Steak & Chops Spice

METHOD

1. Using a mortar and pestle, combine the thyme, mint, rosemary, garlic cloves, olive oil, pepper, salt, and steak & chops spice to create a paste.

2. Transfer the paste to a bowl and add the lamb chops.

3. Coat the lamb chops evenly with the marinade and allow them to marinate for a few hours, preferably.

4. Preheat a grill or a griddle pan over high heat.

5. Place the marinated lamb chops on the grill or griddle pan and cook for a couple of minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

6. Remove the grilled lamb chops from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

7. Serve the grilled lamb chops hot, and enjoy!
