Easy Creamy Pasta

The simplest and most mouthwatering creamy pasta recipe that will have you hooked. In just 15 minutes, you can whip up this tasty dish. The sauce is a heavenly blend of garlic, chilli, cheese, and cream that promises to leave you awe-inspired. It is probably also one of my favourite home made pasta dishes.

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 150g Pasta
  • 30g Butter
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Red Chili
  • 300g Blue Cheese
  • 1 Heaped Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 250ml Cream
  • Fresh Parsley
  • 50ml Pasta Water

Method:

  1. Start by melting the butter in a pan and adding the garlic and chili. Cook them over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
  2. Pour in 200ml of cream, reserving 50ml for later use.
  3. Introduce the blue cheese into the creamy sauce and stir until the cheese melts and blends beautifully. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Incorporate the pasta water and a generous amount of chopped parsley into the sauce, ensuring all ingredients are well mixed.
  5. Once the sauce is well-formed, add the al dente pasta and gently coat it with the creamy goodness.
  6. For an extra touch of indulgence, pour in the remaining cream and sprinkle Parmigiano Reggiano over the pasta, ensuring every strand is covered.
  7. Serve this delightful dish garnished with fresh parsley and an extra sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano.
