  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups of homemade cheese sauce or 1 packet of sauce
  • 500ml cream
  • 60g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley

METHOD

  1. Cook the pasta until it reaches an al dente texture.
  2. Sauté the onions, chillies, and garlic.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they release their water.
  4. Season with dried herbs, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Introduce the chopped baby spinach to the pan and cook until it releases its water.
  6. Pour in the homemade cheese sauce or the packet sauce.
  7. Add the fresh cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix everything together.
  8. Incorporate the cooked al dente pasta and parsley. Serve the dish with an additional sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
